Turk Hotel

We’ve stayed at this lovely family-run hotel every year for the past four years. It’s in a great location, and Lily, the owner, is kind and helpful and makes sure you’re looked after. Some rooms are basic, but they’re clean and have air conditioning and safes. The bar feels like a little community, and the food is good and not expensive. A great place to stay.

The bar was a highlight for me. We met lots of nice people, chatting over drinks, swapping stories, and having a laugh. I was surprised by how many guests had been coming back for years. Lilly and her family work incredibly hard and take great care of people. We spent two weeks at the Turk hotel and all had a great time. It was probably the friendliest hotel I’ve stayed at. The pool was nice, with plenty of sunbeds, so there was no need to fight for one in the morning. The food was fresh and really good. I wasn’t keen on breakfast, though the rest of my family found things they liked. Our room was clean and air-conditioned, but basic, and a few areas could use a coat of paint. We stayed on the main road side and could hear music from the bars, but it didn’t keep us awake. It wasn’t as bad as some other reviews made it sound. I’d recommend staying here, and we’ll definitely come back.

I’ve stayed all over Turkey, and this is easily the best hotel for me. Lily, her family, and the staff are so helpful. As an older woman travelling alone, I feel completely safe here. It’s like staying with friends, and I’ll be back very soon.

Alex and Lilly made me feel very comfortable, and the owner and staff take such good care of their guests. Nothing seems too much trouble. I had a wonderful week here. The location is great, and the food and atmosphere are excellent. My room was spotless, though a little tired. One thing I’d change is the sunbed policy: people put towels on the loungers the night before, often before breakfast, then leave them unused until later in the day.
