Villa Beldeniz

A proper little 3-star hotel, clean, friendly, and with great service throughout. It’s close to the strip and beach, but away from the noise. The description matches the place perfectly. Mehmut and the staff are a credit to the hotel, and Reggie was fantastic, friendly, and helpful. We had an issue on arrival, but the hotel sorted it out without a problem. Rooms have air conditioning, a fridge, balcony, TV, safe, and are cleaned frequently. We’ll come again and recommend it.

It’s a lovely place in a great location, about 5 minutes from the beach, and nice and quiet. The owner really let it down with the way he treated his staff. He completely ignored me and a few other men, and was a bit sleezy with the women. Breakfast was terrible, though it might be okay if you like salad in the morning and very warm UHT milk on your cereal.

The location is just right, close to the strip and beach while still quiet. Memhet and the team made the whole week what you want from a holiday. We had room 104 on the ground floor at pool level, with a small balcony that fit two chairs and a little table. We got a warm welcome from Memhet even though we arrived late, and he made everything easy. The rooms are clean and have what you need, including a fridge, air conditioning, and a television, though we didn’t use it. The pool area is lovely, with easy access to the bar, efficiently run by Reggie. Breakfast has a good selection, though the toaster is a little temperamental. Not a big problem. There’s a decent snack menu for lunch, and the homemade burger and meatball wrap are especially good. It feels like a family-run hotel.

The hotel is in a great spot, not far from the strip or beach. The staff were helpful and friendly from our first day, and manager Mehmet goes above and beyond to help. We’re definitely going back next year.
