Fa Otel

I stayed at the hotel for four days, and it was one of the loveliest places where I spent some wonderful time in Trabzon. The place and cleanliness were great, and the employees provided wonderful service.

My only real criticism is that the beds don't quite meet the hotel's standard. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The location right in the heart of Ordu is hard to beat. I first stayed here last May and returned last week on another visit. I'll definitely choose it again when I'm in Ordu.

The room doors were broken, and the room wasn't clean. After I posted my review, the owner kindly called to hear why we were dissatisfied. I explained what had happened, and he said they wanted to make it right. It was nice to be called and listened to directly. We did have problems, but they're making an effort to address them, and that kind of response makes a customer feel valued.

We followed their recommendation and were very pleased with our choice. The hotel was very clean, and every staff member was friendly and respectful. They helped make our New Year's Eve in an unfamiliar city wonderful.
