The beds are the main issue: they sit very low, which makes getting up difficult for older people, and the mattresses need updating. Otherwise, the hotel is centrally located in Ordu, with parking available. Breakfast has a good variety and tastes good, and cleanliness is excellent throughout the rooms.

The location is central, and the rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is served on the top floor, where there’s a nice view of the city. My one complaint is the smell of smoke or tobacco in the room and on the hotel floors.

The rooftop breakfast had an amazing view, and the food was very good, among the best we’ve had in Turkey. The staff were friendly, and the location is perfect, across from the beach and close to telefrik. We stayed one night and booked two rooms for the same price. The other room was much bigger and had a decent view, while ours was so small there was barely space to step around the bed. It felt unfair.

Breakfast was very good, the restaurant team were kind and helpful, and room service was fantastic about keeping things clean. Still, it was a bad experience for me. The hotel itself is good, but my room was on the first floor facing the sea, and the central AC controls meant I couldn’t set the temperature. At night we couldn’t sleep, either because of the heat or because of street noise with the window open. I asked reception three times to move me and had no luck. I saw some rooms sitting empty from the time I arrived until I left, but they said those rooms were reserved.
