Serdar seems to know exactly who to ask about just about anything to do around Dalyan, from beach and boat trips to swimming in the tectonic lakes, mud spas, the Careta Careta Turtle sanctuary, and good restaurants. He can connect you with friends who run the right businesses, and the trips we heard about included swimming or jumping from boats in the sea and outings to the deltas. The team works hard, too, and Serdar is always ready to help make your stay go smoothly. Beyaz is an easy short walk from town, so you can head in for shopping or nightlife, or stay by the pool and relax. The rooms are comfortable, with much-needed AC in the evenings. I’ve stayed at Beyaz Villas twice for work. I’m definitely coming back with my wife to see more of what Dalyan has to offer.

We enjoyed ourselves just as much this year as we did on our 2019 visit. The food, staff, other guests, and the whole place were all lovely. Beyaz has us coming back to Turkey every year now. We really can’t fault it and highly recommend the hotel.

After five years away, we came back to Beyaz and had the excellent holiday we were hoping for. Some rooms have been revamped, but not much else has changed. The staff are a big part of why you want to return.

Serdar and his team were courteous and great to deal with. They were always around with advice, help, or anything else we needed while getting out and about in Dalyann. I’d definitely recommend Beyaz villas. Keep it up.

We’ve been back four times over the past eight years, and it’s always a relaxed, friendly place to stay. The staff are super helpful, and the manager can arrange good value trips, including island hopping and crab fishing in the local Reed Delta / estury. We’ve had memorable days out through those excursions. The apartments are self-contained, with a kitchenette, balcony, bathroom, lounge, and bedroom. They’re basic but do the job if you’re out most of the day. Around the pool there’s a breakfast and dining area, plus a bar with drinks and icecream. There’s also table tennis, a free book library, and a small lawn for young kids to kick a football around. Sofas are dotted through the grounds, with lush vegetation, craggy hills behind, and fields alongside. Highly recommend.
