We ended up moving to another hotel after just one night here. The room we'd booked and had confirmation for wasn't available when we arrived, so we accepted a different one for the night. It was small and dirty, with half bottles of water in the fridge, dirty towels, one bed without pillows, and no top sheets on any of the beds. We couldn't find anyone to speak to about it. We left a message with another guest, and when we came back from eating, the problems had been fixed.

The family who run Grand Prestige Apartments are attentive and friendly, and nothing seems to be a problem for them. Everything you need is close by, and the accommodation is unbeatable for its proximity to the main town. We've just returned from a long stay and had another great time in Dalyan. We'll certainly be back soon.

The location is excellent, right downtown and close to supermarkets and everything else. Parking was easy on the streets behind the apartment, and the pool area was modest but pleasant. The place was comfortable, spacious, and clean. The kitchen wasn't equipped, and air conditioning in the living room cost €3/day. My standards as an Italian may be a bit higher 🤦🏻‍♀️, but at the low price it was fair. A decent, unpretentious apartment.
