The food was great, and the cocktails were even better. We had a fantastic stay, with excellent facilities and staff, and we'd recommend the hotel and come back. Our only problem was the sofa bed being used as the fourth bed for two adults and two children. It was uncomfortable and shouldn't be counted as a proper bed. It needs to be replaced with a single bed. Extra pillows and duvets helped a bit.

The restaurant food has been excellent, and the staff are so helpful and attentive. It's not busy this week, which may be why they have so much time for guests. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, the design is immaculate, and the views are breathtaking. This is a stunning five-star hotel, and the facilities that are open are already above excellent. It still isn't fully functional, though. Only two à la carte restaurants are operating instead of the five advertised, and the pools are really cold. The kids' club is running, but the evening entertainment isn't. The walk to the beach is a little longer than advertised, and construction is still going on there and around the resort, with some scaffolding and landscaping work. It hasn't been intrusive for us, but the work is visible. I'm reviewing it as we found it, before it was finished. The hotel is exceptional, and I can't wait to return in a month or so, when it should be complete. It could be legendary then. Highly recommended, with the caveat that right now it isn't all up and running.

We booked through Jet2 while there were lots of children's activities listed, but most weren't available this season. The water slides and mini club are all that's left, and that got old after two days. The hotel is newly opened and not at full capacity. Given the missing facilities, free room upgrades would have made sense for customer satisfaction. Our pool-view room was a good size, and a bathroom issue was fixed promptly. There's no place on the balcony to hang wet swimwear, which I've never seen before, not even in three-star hotels. Drinks are okay if you ask for the included premium options. Cocktails are hit and miss depending on which bar and mixologist you get. The food I've tried is tasty, but the selection is limited. We're not fussy and can always find something. At the time, only the Italian and Indian à la carte restaurants were open. The pools are a good size and felt refreshing in the low temperatures we'd been having. The beach was very windy during our first two days. The bar there was open with plenty of loungers and a shower, though the toilets weren't working then. Edit, 27/00/2026: It's our last day. This is a beautiful new hotel, but that's where the good part ends. Lunch has no variety, so it's the same dishes every day. Dinner is similar, with just one or two items changed. There are plenty of sweets if that's what you want to fill up on. The Italian and Far East à la carte meals were a big letdown, ordinary food in a different setting. Save your time and stick to the main buffet. Service has slipped since the first few days. There seem to be fewer people serving tables. At 20:20 last night we couldn't find a clean table, and after sitting at a dirty one we ate quickly and went to the bar. We couldn't even get a drink. Drink quality is still as I described before, but staff can't keep up with guests. It feels like poor management. A big shout-out to Deniz, Fatma, Yunus E and Yunus, who worked hard and made my drinks the way I asked. The animation team tries, but darts and boccia aren't enough to keep people happy. The mini club is awful for kids over six, with little to keep them busy. Activities are abysmal, and two members of the animation team have already quit. The beach is a nice long stretch of sand; the toilets now work, and water sports were set up yesterday, which was very nice. The pools are amazing now, very clean and a nice temperature with the air at 27 degrees. The loungers are really comfortable, with 10 cm mattresses, so you could lie there all day without getting sore. But the sunbed wars started yesterday. If you get to the main pool after 7.30, be ready to use the kids' pool because every lounger is taken. If you hope to sleep early, think again, especially in a building near the stage. The drum and bass is so loud that everything rumbles. I'm afraid no sea turtle will come to lay eggs on the beach, joking. Seriously, it's deafening, even with lots of guests staying with very young children. Music stops at 23:55. It's spacious, clean, and has beautiful scenery, but it isn't where it should be yet. Some 5-star reviewers seem focused on how beautiful it looks. For me, it's style without substance at the moment. If you're okay with the issues I've mentioned, you may still enjoy it.

The kids' clubs were fantastic, and the hotel had all the facilities we wanted from an all-inclusive. We had a brilliant 10 nights and will book again next year. The staff were great too.
