Onder Pansiyon

A lot of the guests seem to return year after year, and I’m one of them. Ilker and his family run a lovely, simple bed and breakfast right by the river, facing the rock tombs. The rooms are clean and plainly furnished, and the town center is just a few minutes’ walk away. Ilker knows the area well and can suggest things to do. He can also arrange for a river boat to pick you up from the jetty and take you to the beach. It’s my favourite place to stay in Dalyan.

The location is perfect, but the condition and cleanliness of Onder Pansiyon were poor. We didn’t actually stay there: we paid half the price and left without unpacking. A real disappointment. It felt like glamping with none of the glam.

The garden and the view were so lovely that, as someone who visits Dalyan often, this was the first guesthouse where I wanted to spend my whole holiday just sitting outside. Even the sandpipers appearing in the evening couldn’t put us off 😀 There was a friendly, familiar feel, since many guests have been coming for years, and I felt right at home. Mr. İlker was cheerful, sincere, and helpful with everything. The rooms had air conditioning, and breakfast was lovely. My daughter especially liked Ms. Zehra’s potato buns. Sometimes you come across a place that makes you happy by chance, and Önder Guesthouse was one of those for us. I hope we can return in summer 2026. Thank you for everything. Greetings from Germany.

Mr. İlker was attentive and friendly, and made us feel at home. We were very pleased with our stay. The place is right beside the canal, facing the ancient rock tombs, with a magnificent view. It’s a great spot to have breakfast before heading out to explore.
