It was our first trip to Turkey, and after a week here it couldn’t have gone better. The owners and staff were very friendly and happy to offer advice on local attractions and restaurants. The small, family-run apartment complex has a shared pool, and the whole place, including our room, was spotless, with great attention to detail. Dalyan’s river, bars, and restaurants are only a few minutes away on foot, but the complex is on a quiet road away from the busy area. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

We spent three nights here and had a really nice holiday. The location is very good, the owner was kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean. We love the sea, so we didn’t use the pool, but we saw that it was cleaned every day. The service was very good too. We didn’t find anything bad about this lovely hotel. Thanks, and all the best.

We stayed three nights, and I loved the hotel. The pool gets plenty of sun, so we were swimming and sunbathing even this early in the season. It’s conveniently located for the shops and harbour, and the rooms are clean and practical, with a television, fridge, safe, and air conditioning. The washing facilities were nice. Breakfast was a typical Turkish buffet with a good spread: cornflakes, tea and coffee, cold meats and cheeses, warm bread, warm sausages, and boiled eggs. I’ll definitely return.

The staff always make us feel welcome, and they’re happy to help with anything. We’ve stayed at the rota Hotel four times now, and each visit we’ve enjoyed the clean room, the pool with its comfortable loungers, and the generous buffet breakfast. It’s close to the centre of dalyan, so we’ll keep coming back.

A small, clean, comfortable hotel run by a lovely family. It’s close enough to the town centre to walk there, but far enough away to feel quieter. A couple more loungers by the pool and tea or coffee facilities in the rooms would be nice, but it’s still good value. Mr Calis
