TUI BLUE Seno - Adults Only

I came with my mum for a holiday, and the staff were welcoming and very nice. The room was lovely, and the location superb. We’d definitely come back. Service could use some attention, though. A few times at dinner, tables were left uncleared, or we were seated at a table that hadn’t been set. We also waited over 10 minutes for drinks. There were seven staff standing at the entrance; it would have helped if they’d offered more assistance instead of chatting together. They were friendly, though.

The food was a real highlight, with loads of local and international choices and every meal we had was a treat. We also loved the clear water, sandy beach, and incredible view. The beach was kept in great shape, and the staff were positive, friendly, and always ready to help from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed the whole stay and would happily come back. A couple of small things could make it even better: a few more cocktails in the all-inclusive menu, and separate shampoo and conditioner instead of a 2-in-1. Neither affected our holiday, though. We highly recommend it.

This was our third summer holiday here in three years, and we stayed in our usual room with its lovely sea view. The buffet and beach restaurant are both excellent. The chefs put out a huge spread every day, with plenty of delicious options. Every staff member we met was kind and gave great service. We never encountered rudeness or impatience. I can't recommend the hotel enough, and want to thank the whole team for looking after us each day.

The grounds are lovely and thoughtfully kept, right down to where the trees are planted. We especially liked the calm atmosphere and not being constantly approached about extra services. The food, sandy beach, and beautiful natural setting were all great, and the staff made us feel welcome. We came away relaxed and recharged. Thank you! 🙌 The grounds are quite steep, despite the shuttles, so getting around may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. During our 11-day stay, the daytime music started to feel repetitive. It might be nicer to have different playlists at the beach, pool, and restaurant. The evening live music was excellent.
