Yakut Apart Hotel

The garden is lovely and the location is very central, but the accommodation itself fell short of even basic standards for us. We wanted somewhere in Dalyan where we could have a good time, and this rather mediocre place didn’t meet our expectations. It didn’t feel sterile or properly cared for. The kitchen stove was rusted, the refrigerator was covered in ice, and the cleanliness and electrical wiring need attention. We won’t stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The place is old, but the people working there are nice. It’s central and easy to walk everywhere. It was cold, so I used blankets in the room, and there’s air conditioning for heat. Wifi was free and good, and there were dishes, cooking pans, and a kettle. They took my laundry at check-in and had it ready that evening. I didn’t want to use up my cash, and he found a way for me to pay by credit card.

The pool was a peaceful spot to unwind, and the upstairs terrace was there too, though it gets a lot of sun. We had a comfortable bedroom, a separate shower and toilet, and a lounge opening onto a balcony with lovely mountain views for coffee. The kitchen was basic, but the town center and its many restaurants were only a short walk away. We also had good free WiFi in the room. The welcome was friendly and helpful, and our four nights were enjoyable and great value.

The owner was welcoming and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The rooms were spacious, and the setting was quiet, while the location was handy for the main square by the marina. The kitchen setup is fairly basic, though still usable, and we were out most of the day anyway. I'd stay here again.
