The bathroom smelled awful, and there were other problems too. I wouldn't trust the hotel's promises or stay there again if comfort and cleanliness matter to you. My wife and I spent 8 days at this hotel in Trabzon. I'd booked a double bed, but we got two separate beds that were uncomfortable and kept sliding around. I raised it with reception several times. They kept saying they'd sort it out that day, or that the whole hotel only had 4 double beds, but nothing changed. After I posted this review, the manager apologized and said he'd personally have the bed changed the next day. That didn't happen either. Just another promise, and very unprofessional behavior. Poor management and service, with no honesty. I don't recommend this place.

It was quiet, which I really appreciated, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and neatly arranged too. Restaurants and cafes are nearby, so we barely needed the car. Staff were polite and helpful, though during busy hours they weren't always available right away. The price felt fair for what we got. I'd recommend it if you're after somewhere clean and quiet at a reasonable rate.

The staff were so welcoming, from reception and the concierge to the restaurant manager. Alper gave especially great service. I'd happily stay here again. Keep it up, guys 🩵

The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. Reception and the restaurant were both excellent too. I was very pleased with the hotel and would recommend staying here.

My room had an amazing view, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was tasty and good, just not very varied. The hotel is close to the airport but far from the square. I brought my own iron, but they took it, saying it belonged to the hotel. I only got it back 7 days later.
