Our tour group put us in an interior room looking onto the courtyard. It was cute, but much too warm and stuffy. We set the thermostat to 16 degrees and opened both windows, yet there was still barely any fresh air. I woke up in the middle of the night on our first night there. We checked another room and the tour guide’s room, and they definitely felt different.

The breakfast had lots of options, including plenty for vegetarians, and they served quite a few snacks too. Our room was very clean and roomy, with a balcony, and the service was really good. I especially appreciated the woman at the front desk giving us a free extension until the evening when our flight and road trips were cancelled and we had to work out backup plans. That was very kind of her. Thank you.

The hotel was a peaceful, private-feeling base for exploring Cappadocia, while still giving us easy access to the main sights. Acer Cave Hotel has a lovely, distinctive look, and the cave rooms were roomy, spotless and cozy. Their design felt authentic but still comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and tasty each morning, served with care. The staff made us feel welcome from the start. Everyone was kind and helpful, whether we needed help with tours or transport or just wanted local suggestions. We had an amazing stay, and the hotel exceeded what we expected. It made the trip feel even more special, and we’d definitely come back.

The hotel and our room were stunning, and the terrace gives you a view of some hot air balloons, though not as many as in Goreme. We had a great stay at this gorgeous cave hotel. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and absolutely delightful. Thanks for making our visit incredible!

The views were wonderful, and we could walk to some shops and restaurants. Breakfast offered a wide spread, and most of the staff spoke enough English for easy communication. Our room had everything we needed, including a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, towels, tea, kettle, glasses and cups, air conditioning and a small fridge. A big thank you to Elif and Emre, if I have your names right. We arrived in Cappadocia with nothing planned except our hotel, and they helped us book taxis, tours and activities. Everyone was eager to help, and we loved our stay. You made it special for us.
