The breakfast was free and really good, and the reception staff were great too. We stayed at Bursa Otel on a family vacation and found it to be good value.

The sheets in the bed photos and video I took show bodily fluids from previous guests that the hotel hadn't cleaned. Would you sleep there? The filth is hard to believe, so how does this place have a four-star review instead of zero? Calling it disgusting or filthy feels too kind. The only improvement I can imagine is closing it down, because it’s a health hazard.

We booked two rooms for our family, and both smelled of mold and were smoking rooms. The hotel was filthy, and it wasn't worth the money. There are much better hotels for the price. At a lower price, the poor quality might make sense, but I’d definitely avoid it.

The staff were friendly and polite, and the room was neat, clean, and large enough for a family. Since the hotel is on a main road, traffic noise carried through the night. There was also a strange smell of smoke in the room, apparently coming from the centralized AC units. Go to breakfast early, because later on most items are gone before 9:30 am.

Cracks in the windows let the wind blow into the room, which was a problem. The location was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff polite, and breakfast excellent. Prices were reasonable too. Even with the window issue, I recommend the place because the hotel was good in other respects.
