Hierapark Thermal Spa Hotel

The pools are spacious, fresh, and welcoming, and the rooms and bathrooms are comfortable. The place has attractive, well-kept spaces, and the staff service is generally good. The dining area could be better. Some food lacks flavor, and there's too much carbohydrate-heavy food. I'd like more choice, such as eggs, omelets, fruit, cereals, yogurts, and other healthier options, with fewer sweets. Food should also be labeled clearly in English or Turkish so guests know what they're eating. Hot drinks could be available consistently and, if possible, brought to the tables. Freshly made natural juices would be a nice addition. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the experience enjoyable, so I recommend staying here.

Breakfast seemed to be leftovers from the previous night's buffet. The room was not clean, and there were stains on the bath towels, bed sheet, and carpet. The sofa was extremely old and deformed. Based on our experience, we can't recommend the hotel and are unlikely to return.

The room was nice and clean, and the hotel is nice with a great location. The buffet food was just okay, though, and this morning the eggs were cold. There was no sugar-free sweetener anywhere, so if you're diabetic you may want to bring some. The bathroom needs work, with mold in every corner of the floor and shower, and there was no hot water, lukewarm at best. Definitely not a 4-star hotel.

The lobby seemed fine, but the room was a nightmare. The sofa had no support, the bathroom had mold around the tub and a rusty faucet, and the white towel looked gray with pink spots. The bedroom lighting was so dim I could hardly see at night, and the room smelled awful. Even the kettle was rusty. About 60% of breakfast seemed to be leftovers from the buffet the night before. I don't understand why they call this a five-star luxury hotel. Worst place I've ever stayed.
