The location made it easy to visit the Cotton Castle, just a short walk from the entrance, and the restaurant had a wonderful view of the travertine. We stayed for two days in May 2025 and would happily come back to Pamukkale. The room was comfortable and kept clean while we were out exploring. We chose a twin non-smoking room, with a separate balcony for smokers so the smell wouldn't stay inside; there was also a smoking area along the corridor outside the rooms. Mr. Ibrahim greeted us warmly and arranged an airport transfer in under 10 minutes. The minibus was €15 per person, paid directly to him, and the easy booking saved us a trip to a tour agency down the road. Mr. Ali and Mr. Muhammad were friendly and attentive at breakfast. It was simple, not buffet style, but we could ask for more. Breakfast and the swimming pool were nice after a day out, and the hotel offered good value with outstanding service. Many thanks to Mr. Ibrahim, Mr. Ali, and Mr. Muhammad for looking after us.

We found the room cozy and thoughtfully laid out, and it was very clean. It was a little small for us with two large suitcases, but we managed. The staff welcomed us warmly and helped with local bus tips for another city as well as airport transport. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with warm bread, local cheeses, ripe fruit, and Turkish tea. The view of Pamukkale’s travertine terraces made it especially lovely. Hotel Şahin made our stay in Pamukkale feel even more special, and we'd recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, kind service, and those views.

The owner was so kind, always smiling, and very accommodating. My sister and I stayed for two days and one night, and the service was exceptional. I’d recommend the hotel for its central location, its closeness to the middle gate of the travertines, and the view from the dining area.

The front desk staff are happy to answer travel questions and help arrange tours or airport transfers. Breakfast comes with a beautiful view of the Pamukkale travertines and hot air balloons.
