North Point Hotel

The buffet breakfast was great, and I tried the lamb sticks at the hotel restaurant after seeing them mentioned in a Google review. They were great too! On my last day, the hotel also gave me some little gifts, which was so sweet. I spent a week at North Point recovering from surgery, so I was in my room most of the time. It was spacious and clean, and I felt comfortable there. The staff were super friendly and courteous. A big thank you to Mehmet, the hotel manager. I had a really good stay and would book again if I’m in Denizli.

The room was noisy because there’s a road right beside the hotel. On top of that, an automatic door hit my friend while he was walking through and broke his glasses. The hotel gave us no solution, even saying they had no insurance for this kind of situation. They don’t look after tourists, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

There aren’t many restaurants nearby, unfortunately, and the hotel is outside the city centre. Still, it’s easy to get to the main roads, and Denizli airport is about 50 minutes away. The place is small but really nice and comfortable, with clean rooms and modern equipment. Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of choices.

The service and food were good, and the room itself was decent. But I was on the top floor and couldn’t get it cool enough to sleep, even with the air conditioning running on full all night. The power only comes on when you use the room key, so after I went out for the night I had to cool the room down again when I got back.
