Ramada Resort by Wyndham Pamukkale Thermal

Mr. Ali and Mr. Fatih really stood out during our stay. They were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. The service was consistently professional, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized, with a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spotless and the facilities were well maintained. We'd happily stay at Ramada Pamukkale again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable hotel in the area with staff who care.

We stayed for two nights, but the overall experience wasn't great. Parking was limited, so we had to leave our car outside the hotel area. The room wasn't very clean either, with dust and dead insects on the floor, below what I'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The air conditioning was especially frustrating. Cool mode lasted less than 20 minutes before switching to heat on its own, so we had to keep setting it back to cool manually. The buffet breakfast and dinner were acceptable and had a variety of foods.

The location was convenient, about a 10-minute drive from Pamukkale, and the rooms were nice. But we booked Ramada because it was listed as all inclusive, then found that drinks weren't included. The sound insulation is very poor, so you can hear people talking in the next room and ear plugs are necessary. We wouldn't recommend the SPA either, it was pretty dirty.

We came to Ramada for the spa, and Sevtap hanim took care of everything from start to finish. She was extremely kind. The full service, including the hammam and a superb massage, was great value. We'll definitely come back.
