I’d expected more from Ramada, so this one-night stay was a big disappointment. At least we were only there for one night. The pool and spa were both closed. Check-in was frustrating because the receptionist didn’t speak English. The room was bright and large, but the bed cover had a burn hole. The outlets on the table by the tea cup didn’t work, and there was only one coffee sachet and just one of the other consumables for two people. I asked at reception for a blanket, but the receptionist had to call someone who knew a little English to write down the request. The blanket never came before we left. 🤷♀️

The reception staff weren’t very friendly, and the hotel is in a village with almost nothing nearby. I wouldn’t stay there again 😀

We spent seven nights here and had a very comfortable room with a partial view of the Black Sea, which made the hotel more appealing to us. Housekeeping was quick, and the breakfast buffet was good. We still don’t know why the pool was closed during our stay. We’re looking forward to booking here again.

The smooth reservation process made check-in stress-free, and Mr. Ali, the Assistant Manager, was especially welcoming. His friendly manner, attention to detail, and care for guest satisfaction really stood out. We’re staying for eight days and will share more as the stay goes on, but so far our impressions are overwhelmingly positive. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is beautifully maintained, with amenities that met our needs and made the stay relaxing. Set in the Giresun area of northern Turkey, it has stunning views of the Black Sea. The combination of the views, warm hospitality, and excellent service makes Ramada by Wyndham Giresun Piraziz a great choice for a visit to the region. It’s been an unforgettable experience so far.

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and well equipped. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It’s a lovely new hotel, and we had such a pleasant stay that we’d definitely come back.
