I stayed for 12 days because of work, and the room was never cleaned, even once. The apartment supposedly didn’t have basic things like a kettle, forks, or even towels. When we asked for towels, the response was supposedly a joke. I told them about the situation, and the person threatened me. This is definitely not somewhere to stay with family, and I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Anyone coming to Reşadiye should avoid this hotel apartment. I also know they’ll take this review down.

The place is reasonably clean, but Mr. Salih is really indifferent toward customers. He treats people as if every guest is going to damage the hotel’s belongings, and makes that attitude obvious. It inevitably gets annoying.

Even though I was there for just one day, I left very happy. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the place has plenty of furnishings. It seems well suited to families and students. In my opinion, it’s the nicest place to stay in Reşadiye. Thanks for everything.

I’ll keep coming back here. It’s clean, and I had no problems with the accommodation.

We were left waiting at reception for minutes because nobody was in the lobby, and the location was awful. When we checked out the next day, they just told us, “We’re not here, leave the key and go.” I’ve never seen such irresponsibility. The cleanliness was average, which is why I gave it one star, but the owner’s attitude was terrible too. They treated us with prejudice, as though we were damaging their property.
