The beds were very comfortable and the location was great. We had an amazing stay, and Yusuf and his family made us feel incredibly welcome. There’s also a small shop inside where you can buy shirts that Yusuf makes himself. They’re 100% cotton, well stitched, and great quality. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, I’d recommend stopping by the shop.

Yusuf and his family made our stay such a great experience, and he was always around to help with tips and recommendations. The hotel was clean, right in the heart of Safranbolu historic city, and the view from our bedroom was stunning. There’s also a little shop where Yusuf sells clothes he sews upstairs, including very nice cotton shirts and trousers. Best host ever!

We connected so well with this warm-hearted family, even with the language barrier. Yusuf showed us his workshop and makes lovely clothes himself. The rooms are reasonably priced compared with other nearby hotels, well located, and in the typical Safranbolu style. It was the best stay we could have imagined and such a great local experience. We’d come back anytime and will keep that time in our hearts. Thanks to the whole extended family :)

Yusuf and Asiye were so warm and kind, always ready to help or share something with us. They made us feel at home. The big room was charming, clean, and welcoming, with a nice view of the village. This typical Safranbolu Konak is very central but still quiet, just two minutes from the bazaar. Yusuf makes beautiful cotton clothes with great taste at decent prices, and the shop makes you want to buy a lot 😄 He showed us around his own factory above the shop and even helped sew one of my jackets. We had a wonderful stay with a wonderful family. I wouldn’t come back to any other place. Thank you for everything!

A cozy, beautiful place that felt especially relaxing thanks to the hotel’s comfort and decor, along with the staff’s sincere, kind behavior. It had enough facilities, and I’d particularly recommend it to artists and writers. Breakfast was excellent, and they also served excellent coffee and tea outside breakfast hours.
