Alcedo Bungalov

Our 4yr old loved staying here. The hosts were so hospitable, with free tea and coffee available all the time, and breakfast was authentically Turkish and scrumptious. We stayed one night, and the location was amazing, so close to the lake. The rooms were exactly as pictured and described, very clean and spacious. There were amenities inside and outside by the lake.

We’re traveling around Turkey as a couple, and Kagan made us feel like we were visiting friends. He was so hospitable, and we're really grateful for all the care and treats. The bungalow had new furnishings. The sofa was so soft, and sitting by the fireplace was completely relaxing. Sleeping upstairs with the sounds of nature was incredible, we just couldn't wake up! Breakfast was fresh and enough for us. Boats, fishing, and swings nearby made our stay so charming and unique. We couldn't leave. Recommended 100%.

The price didn't seem logical to us, though I guess rates are the same across the area. Breakfast portions were very small, and nobody mentioned that we could ask for more. I asked the person handing me the plates if that was it, and he said yes. They also didn't tell us tea and coffee were available all the time. The clean triangular house was a nice experience. The setting was calm and quiet, with just a small view of the lake from the outside yard.

The owners run the place and were welcoming, friendly, and quick to respond whenever we asked for something. Ms. Aisha treated us like a caring older sister and responded promptly. We stayed at Alcedo Bungalov for two nights in an independent bungalow, with good privacy and all the amenities provided. I'd recommend it if you want a calm, quiet break away from city traffic and noise. Best wishes.
