The staff were very helpful, friendly, and genuinely good at their jobs. The hotel itself is lovely, reliable, modern, and high quality. Thank you very much for the service.

A distinctive place for a holiday. The owner is very helpful, and the private pool and first floor of the house are magnificent. One of the best places in Sapanca.

The place was very dirty, and my cleaning requests were ignored. They were extremely slow to respond to requests, and the towels were clearly from previous guests. When we checked out, they didn't even have the money to refund the deposit.

The views make this stay feel special, and the place was very clean. I thought it was well worth staying here.
