Carpediem Diamond

For the last 3-4 years, our family has only come here for holidays. The food hasn’t gone downhill, and the dinners are still really tasty. Hats off to the chef 🤌🏻 The staff are very kind too. About two years ago, someone suddenly became ill at night, and they helped us get to the hospital in their car. They’re people you can count on for support, with a kindness and sincerity that goes beyond simply running a business.

My family and I have been coming here for two years, and during our two-day stay this time, every staff member was friendly from the moment we arrived until we left. I’d guess they treat the place like a family, or that the owner’s own kindness and consideration sets the tone. The children had so much fun, and I was touched that there was a prayer mat in the room so we could carry out our religious duties without having to ask. Thank you for that thoughtful gesture ☺️ The breakfast and meals were filling, tasty, and had plenty of options. Well done to the chef and team. It’s a calm, quiet, peaceful place, and we came home with lovely family memories 🤗

The staff were attentive and the food was genuinely tasty, even though there wasn't a huge selection. The pools were clean and a comfortable temperature, though heavily chlorinated. Those were the good parts of our stay at Hotel Carpediem in Karasu. The room and hotel cleanliness was a serious problem. The toilet and bathroom were dirty when we arrived, and nothing was done after we reported it. The beds, sheets, and towels weren't clean either. Most of the games room equipment was unusable, with no balls for the billiards table and a broken foosball table. Only table tennis worked, and there was no playground for children. Parking was also a mess, with cars left beside a construction site in front of the hotel. We cut our holiday short by a day, as did some other guests we'd met who had booked longer stays. With real improvements to cleanliness, upkeep, and facilities, the tasty food and attentive staff could make this a better option. As it stands, I find it hard to recommend.

We had a fun and peaceful family break, and I was happy with the food and the hotel's general cleanliness. The water park and pools were spotless, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout. Special thanks to Mr. Orçun, Ms. Sena, Mr. Atalay, and Ms. Kader. We enjoyed our stay and I'd recommend it.
