A cute spot for a peaceful, relaxing break. It’s a nice choice for the weekend.

The most disappointing part was what happened after we left. They promised us a much lower price on our next visit to make up for the problems, but when we got back in touch, they didn't honor it or offer any help. That kind of broken promise, along with the missing basics, makes it hard for me to recommend this place. Five friends and I arrived excited, but on April 18 the heated pool, which we were most looking forward to, was broken and never warmed up. The LED lights inside didn't work either, so the evening atmosphere was spoiled. There wasn't even a coat rack, and the dead leaves and insects floating in the pool were disgusting. It didn't meet our expectations for comfort or honesty.

We came from Ankara specifically to enjoy the heated pool, but it never warmed up. We waited from arrival until we left, and our main holiday expectation was completely let down. The road up to the resort also made getting there difficult. It's steep and has sharp turns, a serious problem for low-clearance cars. Constant braking and accelerating made it challenging enough that the car started to smell like something was burning. The room layout and ergonomics seemed fine at first, but there were basic things missing. No luggage stand meant we had to leave suitcases open on the floor or keep opening and closing them. There was nowhere to hang coats, so they were left lying around. At night, there was no light in the restroom or bathroom, and we had to use our phone flashlights. The LED lights under the stairs were meant to create ambiance, but they didn't work and nobody fixed them during our stay. Lots of small details had been considered but not maintained. We stayed with friends for one day on April 18, 2026. The resort location looked pleasant at first, but the experience was disappointing and missed even basic expectations. Everything I've mentioned is factual and verifiable.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout, and breakfast was filling, varied, and more than enough. We loved the peaceful view and how spotless the resort was. It looked even better in person than in the photos, and the heated pool made it easy to enjoy every moment. Three of us stayed at Exclusive Hill Sapanca and were delighted with it. It’s a peaceful, high-quality place surrounded by nature, and it’s become special to us. We’d love to return and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a restful holiday.
