Happy Enjoy Bungalow

There was no cleanliness or service to speak of. The pool was cold when we arrived, and even after waiting four hours, it hadn't warmed up. They kept saying the boiler was on and to wait. We called the booking number and agreed that the pool issue would be deducted from the fee, so we didn't pay the full amount. Then at 11 pm the bungalow owner called, told us to leave immediately or pay the full fee, and suddenly threatened to come and kick us out. You shouldn't go here.

We'd been looking forward to this stay with our 3-month-old baby, so cleanliness and comfort mattered a lot. Instead, we were given a different bungalow than the one we'd booked, which was supposed to have the bed on the ground floor. They said we'd only need to use it for the first night because the heated pool at our booked bungalow wasn't ready. That first place was dirty and neglected, with many beetles in the room and an outdoor whirlpool that hadn't been cleaned. Bathroom fixtures were hanging halfway out of the wall, the Wi-Fi showed a connection but didn't work, and service was very disappointing. The next day we moved to the bungalow we'd booked, but it also hadn't been cleaned. Dead beetles were everywhere, with some falling from the ceiling. With a baby, that was completely unacceptable. We contacted the landlord, said we needed to check out right away, and asked for a full refund. Staying in those conditions wasn't feasible. The whole experience was a huge disappointment. We expected high hygiene standards with an infant, but they weren't met at all, so we can't recommend this accommodation.

The stay was unbearable, and we cut our trip short after just one day. The bungalow was unhygienic and unclean from the moment we arrived. Fixtures were broken, the jacuzzi was filthy and unusable, and dead beetles were scattered around, with more falling from the ceiling with an audible thud. The baby cot was dirty, and even breakfast fell short on cleanliness and hygiene. We had booked a larger accommodation but were assigned a much smaller bungalow. The one we had originally booked wasn't heated, so we had to wait until the next day. That was completely unacceptable.

We had a lovely two-day stay over semester break with our two children. The heated pool, jacuzzi, and barbecue were great, and we especially enjoyed the campfire at night. Bring your own wood and charcoal, though the facility can provide them. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked, breakfast was adequate, and I found the cleanliness sufficient. The air felt nicer than in the town center, a little closer to the forest. Thanks to Mr. Ömer for looking after us. I'd recommend it.
