Karasu Aqua Park Otel

My children just used the pool, and it's a good option around here. Kocaali also has a pool called "Women's Beach" just for women and children. Women wearing headscarves and veils swim in the sea there without men around, and enjoy it that way until evening.

We went to the aquapark on August 30, 2025, with four adults and three children. Admission was 500 TL for ages 3-6 and 750 TL for anyone 7 or older. Two of the kids were exactly 7, so I jokingly asked the woman at the entrance if they could pay 500 TL for Victory Day. She said yes, but when I worked out the total and told her, she said it was wrong. I pointed out each child and explained the group again. Then she said she hadn't really meant to give a lower price for August 30th, in a rude and humiliating way. It felt awful to be treated like that while paying them. When she raised her voice, I asked why she was shouting and said we'd pay right away without being spoken to as if she might hit us. She recalculated, we paid, and went in. Then she called after us to say she'd miscalculated and we owed X lira more. I told her I'd shown her the children and explained the number of adults, so the error wasn't mine. I paid the difference too. The rude behavior carried on with an extremely thorough search of our bags. I couldn't tell whether outside food was forbidden or they thought we had explosives. They seemed terrified we'd brought food in, and kept calling to our spouses behind us to hand over the bags, even when we asked them to wait while the children sat down. This is a mid-level place with a woman running things who was grumpy, inept with customers, rude, and clueless about communicating. DON'T GO, DON'T SEND ANYONE THERE.

We've been coming here with the family for five years, and the changes this year really stood out. The pool team, restaurant staff, and reception were all attentive and willing to help. A special thank you to Mr. Ramazan...

For a day visit, keep in mind there aren't any lockers or a private shower area. We thought we'd be more comfortable at the beach, but when we asked where to shower, they suggested renting a room in the hotel section :) Food and ice cream on site cost a lot. When you mention the prices, they say it's because it's by the pool. There are five slides, but they don't all run at once. They open two and shut the rest, so lines build up. There are only four double slides across the whole resort, so getting a turn is a matter of luck :). Not sure I'd go back, but people planning a visit should know this.
