The atmosphere was the only good part. The place was filthy, dirty, and the staff seemed insincere. Instagram made it look clean, decent, and friendly, and we fell for that impression. I’m glad we stayed just one day. The sheets were dirty, and the replacements we requested were even worse.

Maui Sapanca gave us the quiet break we wanted, surrounded by nature. The staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming, and breakfast and the other services were better than we expected. Everything in the rooms felt carefully considered, and they were very clean, tidy, and comfortable. My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay. I’d happily recommend it to anyone wanting to get away from city stress, and we definitely want to return.

I came all the way from Izmir for a weekend retreat camp, and it was a real disappointment. The room was awful, the toilet door wouldn’t shut, and water from the shower leaked into the room. I couldn’t even take a shower. I felt I’d wasted my money.

Only the pool was okay. The room was awful, with two single beds pushed together as a double. The air conditioning didn’t work, there was no garbage bin or coat hangers, and shower water leaked into the room.

From check-in to check-out, everything was great. The hot tub was properly hot, and breakfast was excellent. My only gripe is the TVs aren’t smart TVs. Please update them, Netflix really should be available.
