The villa was pleasant, and we had a nice stay. It was tidy, clean, and nicely decorated, with a heated pool that you could swim in at noon. There’s a supermarket nearby as well as a small shopping area. Whenever I had a question, the host replied very quickly and was happy to help. Thanks a lot!

The upstairs bed was dirty, and smoke from the fireplace spread through the house. There were no windows upstairs, so it all collected there and kept us awake that night. The plumbing was awful too: the kitchen sink clogged and the toilet drain overflowed. We ran into every kind of problem. We’d left some designer items behind at home, and they threw them away without even asking us. When I got in touch, the reply was completely inappropriate: “You shouldn’t have left them.” The garden looked beautiful at first, but it was lacking. One shower of rain turned it all to mud. That wouldn’t have happened if the area were all grass. The house has a lot of serious shortcomings.

The biggest issue was the pool. It felt freezing cold, despite repeated claims that it was 30-32 degrees Celsius, and we could barely stay in it for a few minutes. When we raised this, we got dismissive stock replies about other guests being happy or this being the first complaint. Nobody showed real concern or offered a practical fix, and the way the business handled it felt like it was trying to manipulate the situation. For the money, the service was nowhere near what I expected in this area. Sapanca has more honest, higher quality places that care about customer satisfaction.

We stayed there on January 1, 2026, and the room never got warm enough. The pool was cold too, to the point that we were freezing in it. Even the plates and glasses were dirty, and there was no real service or attention. I wouldn't recommend it. It felt like a waste of money.
