There was no coffee at breakfast, and in the evening there wasn’t any warm water for a shower. The room lighting was poor, and there was mould in the bathroom beside the bathtub.

The room was comfortable, clean, and warm even in winter. I was very satisfied with the comfort and service, whether staying for work or a holiday ❤️

Just terrible under the new management. There was black mould in the bathroom, and the carpet had hair and little crumbs on it. I also found bugs, maybe bed bugs. The duvet was a single one on a double bed. Super dirty.

It’s 5:00 now and I still can’t sleep. I’ve changed rooms three times, and there’s a bad cigarette smell. I’m sick and have breathing problems and dust allergies, and my body is itching, maybe because the room is dirty. The room is very uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi in my room doesn’t work either. I’m writing this from my room in ottoman hotel, and I’m not happy at all. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Parking is available, but the cleaning service is poor and the furniture is old. Breakfast doesn’t have much variety, and the Wi-Fi signal is very weak, especially in room 219.
