Richmond Nua Wellness -Spa - Adults Only

A big thank you to Richmond Nua Wellness Hotel in Sapanca for making our stay memorable. Ms. Samia Mohamed prepared a special honeymoon cake and decorated our room beautifully for the occasion. We also loved the breakfast, which was extremely delicious, and the facilities were clean and lovely, especially the front garden. The staff were cooperative, and there was plenty of spacious parking.

We really enjoyed staying here. It's a quiet area, the hotel and rooms are lovely, and the restaurant serves good food. Samia Mohamed was very helpful too. The one issue was the heating in winter: it's central, so the only thing you can do is switch it off.

The peaceful atmosphere and spa facilities made for a really relaxing stay at Richmond Nua Wellness Spa. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything went beyond what we expected. Staff were professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout. Samiya, the Front Desk Supervisor, was especially helpful and suggested some places to enjoy in Sapance. We'd be happy to return and recommend it to others.

We've been coming since 2009 and are still quite happy with the experience. The facility is getting old, though the staff do their best to keep things in good condition. The spa is very good, the view is romantic, and it's close to Istanbul. The massage therapists are excellent at their work. Kadi gave a perfect massage, and Samia Mohammed, the guest relations supervisor, deserves a mention too, along with all the cleaning staff and the restaurant and bar teams. The staff seem to have been here a long time, and their commitment to the company is clear. They seem happy and work hard to go beyond what guests expect. Congratulations to management for creating that kind of atmosphere for the team.
