The spa was spotless, and there were plenty of massage options, so I’d definitely make time for it. We spent two days here on our honeymoon and loved it. The hotel was clean, the service was lovely, and there was lots of food to suit everyone.
The spa let us down. The masseurs didn’t seem especially skilled, and for the price, it compared poorly with similar hotels. The natural setting and location are wonderful for a quiet break or a romantic getaway, though weekends get so busy that service quality drops quite a bit. Better consistency in service and spa quality would improve the experience.
The food had lots of choice and was very good. At NG Sapanca Wellness & Convention, the staff were attentive, professional, and friendly. The hotel itself is lovely and peaceful, with a design that feels made for relaxing. I was very happy with my stay, with comfort, luxury, and warm hospitality all coming together. I’d happily recommend it.
