The shared garden is nice, and there's a small playground for kids. I did expect more greenery around the houses, though, and the nearby highway meant we could hear passing cars. There was no heater besides the AC, so I wouldn't choose it in very cold weather. Other than those things, everything was great.

The gardens were cheerful and the property itself was tidy and very clean, but service was disappointing. During our three nights, none of the staff greeted us, smiled, or asked whether we needed anything. The only person who brought breakfast each day managed to smile. They said the property would close for renovation at the end of September 2024.

Breakfast isn't something you get to choose, and don't expect the room to be cleaned until at least two days have passed. This is not somewhere I'd recommend for a quiet stay, since it's close to a main road and the traffic noise is constant. It also feels like the family running it cares only about taking money from guests. I wouldn't be surprised if they charged you just for chatting with them.

The house was neat and had the things we needed, including a washing machine, cooker, and cooking equipment. You can also ask to have breakfast brought to your house for more privacy. Outside, there are trees, green areas, a playground, a large pool, and a separate one for kids. It's in a good spot near the main road, some restaurants, and Spanga lake. A clean, nice hotel.
