The green hillside setting is naturally beautiful, and the staff were consistently courteous and helpful. I had some concerns about the limited parking, especially leaving the car beside a retaining wall drain. The microwave was faulty but got replaced after I reminded them several times, and the pretty bathroom sink was so small that water splashed everywhere. The hot shower worked fine, though, and the heated pool was still swimmable at 16 degrees. They resolved our issues and helped make the stay relaxing. A really fun camping experience.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed the place. Each dome has its own stylish theme, and the view from up there is amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, even getting the BBQ ready so we could cook. We could buy meat there, and breakfast was plentiful. I was unsure about the heater, but the air conditioning kept the room warm on cold nights. With a baby, the layout was tough: our bed was upstairs, so we had to keep going up and down. The pools weren't heating the water during our stay, and it was freezing. Since the domes are wooden, the BBQ has to be set far from the eating area, which meant making several trips while cooking.

We had a roomy, cozy cottage with a beautiful view over Sapanca Lake. Taking a dip in the heated outdoor pool while it was a crisp 3°C was the best part, and something I'll remember.

The staff were so friendly and did their best to make our stay special. Breakfast was good, and even though we never used the hot jacuzzi, it was lovely just watching it surrounded by snow. We had a great time around the fire with good company and amazing vibes. A great escape from city noise. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

Really clean, cozy, and different, with a lovely view of Sapanca lake. The team were professional and well behaved, and I especially appreciated the manager arranging the birthday decorations exactly as I asked. One thing for anyone coming in snow or heavy rain: your car needs to handle an 800m muddy road.
