The rooms had been heated before we arrived, but it still took three to four hours for them to warm up, and the floors stayed icy even with the rest of the place warm. The pool was only lukewarm. We were told it was being adjusted and would heat up, but it was still room temperature when we left. When we asked, they kept brushing us off, saying they’d adjusted it or turned on the heater. If I’d known I could get a refund, I wouldn’t have hesitated to leave. It was nearly midnight, otherwise I’d have moved to another bungalow and lost the money. The furnishings felt unhygienic and many smelled bad, the kitchen utensils were greasy, and the house wobbled so much that walking around made me feel it could collapse. The toilet door left only a two-finger gap, so there was no privacy. We tried filling the jacuzzi, but after three hours it wasn’t even half full, so we gave up. There was no attention or care for the guests. This is a very mediocre bungalow for a family stay, and Maviş Bungalow was a complete disappointment. I’d strongly recommend it to people I don’t like.

The heated pool let us enjoy our stay even though the weather was cool, and evenings by the fire pit plus daytime meals in the barbecue area made the trip memorable. The house in Sapanca was huge, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It felt like home as soon as we walked in, with roomy areas where a large family could relax together. Everything seemed set up with comfort in mind, and we didn’t lack anything during our three days. It’s great for hosting guests too. I’d definitely recommend it for time with loved ones and a chance to unwind. We came with peace of mind. The Tuncer Family.

I’ve stayed at other bungalows, but this is the most reliable place I’ve found in Sapanca. I’ve been here three or four times and never had a problem. The pool is the part I care about most: it’s very clean and warm, and I never feel cold in it. I don’t understand the person who said it wasn’t warm enough. The owners are friendly and will offer to bring things from town if you need them. The house is roomy, airy, and heated just right. The area is quiet and peaceful, with lovely walking spots. I recommend it ♥️

The owners are a couple, and we found them so kind and trustworthy. They were helpful and understanding throughout our family stay, and the children had a great time. The bungalow was clean, well organized, and comfortable, with a perfect view and wonderfully fresh air. The pool was just the right temperature. After searching for a reliable bungalow for years, I’m so glad we found one we can count on. This is our place from now on :)

The setting was quiet and surrounded by nature, which made our two-day break really relaxing. My wife and I were delighted with the stay. The bungalow was spotless, spacious, and practical, with every detail considered for comfort. The owners were attentive, welcoming, and so hospitable that we felt at home. It was a lovely visit, and we’re looking forward to coming back. I’d happily recommend it.
