Sapanca Paradise Hotel

The location really is like paradise on Earth, but the rooms were very poor, far from what the website photos led me to expect for two nights. The receptionist had confirmed before check-in that the jacuzzi worked, but it didn't. The bathroom was a disaster, and the shower took around 10 minutes to get the water adjusted because it wasn't working properly. The TV was another strange thing: all the series and movie channels were blocked, leaving only documentaries and news. One of the worst stays I've had in a Turkish hotel. Be careful before paying a lot of money.

The room had a lovely view, but the smell from the drain was very bad, and there was another terrible odor out on the balcony. It seemed like there might be a serious drainage problem, since water was coming out under the balcony after checking. The smell was so bad we couldn't enjoy the scenery we'd paid for. They used a strong air freshener when we entered, so you wouldn't notice at first, but after a few hours the situation became suffocating. There was no Wi-Fi, no room slippers, and the jacuzzi was poorly maintained, with lots of debris coming out when we tried to use it. There isn't a proper restaurant either. The weekend price was almost 450 AED, which is too high for these facilities. I don't recommend it.

The room wasn't ready when I checked in at 2:00 pm, and I had to wait until 3:00 pm. I checked out at 4:30 pm, but they refused to refund any of my money. The room smelled really bad and the odor wouldn't go away. The jacuzzi was dirty and the water cold, and the service was horrible. It's highly overpriced. Please don't book here.

The room was extremely hot, the bed and towels were dirty, and there was no water in the bathroom. No Wi-Fi either, and breakfast was zero. This was a very bad experience. Please be careful and don't book this place. I'd rather sleep in my car. It felt like a place for animals, not people.
