Sapanca Pine Life

Our first family bungalow holiday was a huge disappointment, and we left on the first evening of a two-day stay because we couldn't take the dirt and dust. On arrival there was a terrible smell. We filled the jacuzzi, but turning it on brought up hair and algae-like bits, so I grabbed my child and got out. The jacuzzi sides and edges were filthy, and dampness had left a black layer on the ceiling. There were cobwebs where we slept, dust everywhere, and broken things, including the window curtain. In the morning, ants covered the kitchen counter where we'd planned to prepare something because my child wakes early. We couldn't do anything about that. Breakfast was adequate. We tried the heated pool afterward, but it wasn't very hot, perhaps because the weather was cool, and we didn't let our child swim much for fear he'd get sick. As we left, we told them the room and jacuzzi were very dirty and we couldn't stay. We regretted spending the money. Don't make the same mistake.

Sapanca Pine Life was our first bungalow stay after doing some research. It's in a lovely secluded spot, quiet and peaceful, and the staff were attentive and handled our requests well. Even on a cool day, the room stayed warm with underfloor heating and two air conditioners. The pool temperature was good too. I'd read some reviews mentioning ants and insects, which was my only concern. But with all the greenery and wooden bungalows, ants are to be expected. Breakfast was the one thing that could have been better. Otherwise, I was satisfied, and I'd recommend it to people heading to Maşukiye. The market is 3 km away, only a five-minute drive for anything you need. Thanks for the care and attention. I'd happily have this experience again.

We had a lovely two days with the family and kids. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and Mr. Engin was very friendly. It's a hospitable place. Breakfast was tasty, enjoyable, and enough for us. We left very satisfied and will definitely come back.

The pool was clean, lovely, and at a perfectly adequate temperature, with no issues. The kitchen was a different story: no gas stove or oven, just heaters. They said regulations prevented them from supplying a stove or gas cylinder, though we could bring our own and take responsibility. We had to buy soup outside for the children. There was no coffee machine or kettle either, and kitchen supplies were very limited, so bring what you need. Breakfast also fell short, with a very limited cheese selection. Aside from those points, it's a successful place. If they address them, we'd be much happier and would like to return.
