My mother was traveling with us in a wheelchair. I called a few nights ahead and was assured that the accommodation I'd booked could support guests with special needs, but when we arrived they gave us a unit without wheelchair access. She was very uncomfortable, and the place seemed dirty, shabby, and smelly. We didn't stay or receive any services, and they wouldn't even let her use the restroom. We still ended up paying about US$500 for services we never got. The property and nearby areas are shown in the attached pictures. What was on the website was completely different from what we found, and there was nobody on site to speak with. Don't waste your time, choose somewhere else.

I wouldn't tell anyone to go here. There was no wifi, and the owner treated us badly and seemed very intolerant. The cottages weren't good, had lots of insects, and snakes could get into the rooms easily.

We had a lovely night in a clean, quiet place. Thanks to the manager and all the staff 💓❤️

It wasn't clean, there was no water, and the service was expensive.
