The place is nicely designed, with furniture arranged well inside and out. It's very clean, the pool is a good size, and the BBQ area is great. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. For groceries, though, you'll need to walk about 1 km. There weren't taxis around, and neither Uber nor bitaxi could get to us. The person who looked after us was welcoming and even offered his car for service. Power went out for more than two hours during the day every day we were there. It didn't bother me that much, but it's something to keep in mind.

We'd planned just a one-day family outing, but ended up staying three nights at Tuem because of the location, clean houses, and pool heated around the clock. The whole family is leaving very happy. We're truly grateful.

We had a great family break here and were very pleased. The rooms were spotless, the jacuzzi sparkled, breakfast was wonderful, and the place is close to the city center. Manager Burak was attentive and thoughtful. It has everything we needed, and we'll come back. I recommend it to everyone.

The private pool, barbecue, lovely garden, and natural surroundings made for a wonderful family holiday, especially with children. The owner was friendly and the staff were always ready to help. We've stayed in plenty of places in Sapanca, but now we choose Tuem. Everything was as it should be, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you, Tuem.

On Kırkpınar Bağdat Street, this place has a great central location and thoughtfully arranged amenities. The garden has a heated pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, barbecue area, and green space. Thanks to the young owner, Mr. Burak, for being so attentive.
