Taraklı Termal Suite

The water here has no smell or special qualities, despite being called “thermal spring water.” I don’t see how it has anything to do with a thermal spring. It’s also hard to understand how this facility got a license in these conditions. The service is zero, the grounds are filthy, and construction is still going on at one side. Getting a permit for a place like this is unbelievable. Unless the owner and the current management of Taraklı Thermal change their approach, I can’t see anything good coming of it. The aquapark was promised, but after 13 years they still haven’t built it, and with this attitude I don’t think they ever will. None of the promises in the contract have been kept. It lists a fee of 150 TL, which, using the CPI-PPI rate, should be no more than 7,000 TL today. Instead they charge exactly 22,800 TL for a place in the middle of nowhere, with no decent service at all. The land registry office told me the title deed fee is 5,000 TL, but management shamelessly asks for 26,000 TL. People thinking of buying should be careful. That price is outrageous. We bought a property here, so unfortunately we have to come. If it weren’t ours, I wouldn’t go near the place. Stay away if you can. Don’t waste your money, time, or nerves.
