Comfortable and nice.

The place felt like a serious letdown on both cleanliness and service. In House number 3, where we stayed for two nights as four people, the smell hit us as soon as we walked in, and the house was really dirty. The kitchen plates and cutlery weren't usable without washing, but there wasn't even any detergent. There was hair on the towels, too. The pool was dirty as well. It was warm enough to use on the first day, but by the second day it was freezing. We only went in around 8-9 pm :d. Someone checked and said the boiler was off, but nobody had told us that when we arrived. We shouldn't have to keep track of the boiler ourselves.

We booked room number 4, the junior garden, single-story room, for two nights and three days. At check-in around 2:30 PM, we had to wait for the cleaning to be finished. It was cold inside at first, but the underfloor heating worked very well once they turned on the water heater, and day one went fine. The whole point of the trip was the heated pool, and we couldn't use it on our only full day. We went in briefly before breakfast, but in the afternoon the breakers tripped and the pool shut down, including its heating. We reported it and were told someone would fix it, but it happened again. The water turned ice cold. They replaced the motor, and the pool ran again, but needed 3-4 hours to fully heat, so that day was lost. Apart from that, we were satisfied for the price. On checkout day, we went into the pool early before breakfast. We'd covered it the night before so it could warm up, but after a while we got cold. The boiler had stopped working again, and we got out of the water right away. Our child was cold, the shower water was cold, and we couldn't wash our baby. We packed quickly and checked out. These problems went beyond our first day and really upset me. My daughter had been so excited to swim, but we kept telling her to wait, and she cried as she watched the pool. There were two employees, and Mr. Zeki was friendly and very helpful. I have no complaint about the staff. The owners could have moved us to another house or offered a later checkout to make things right, or found some other solution. As a business, they should support guests who pay to spend a limited number of days there. We left very disappointed; nothing went as planned. I hope they do the needed maintenance and replace the old parts so this doesn't happen again.

The garden side light wasn't working properly, and the shower heads and taps had come loose or broken, so they need repairs. I also wish there were washing machines in the houses. Beyond those issues, we were very pleased and would happily return. The heated pool stayed warm enough to swim in during a cool evening, and we liked the house, its interior design, and comfortable rooms. Heating was fine, and every room had air conditioning. The kitchen had an electric stove, glasses, forks, pans, plates, a water heater, and a coffee maker, with what we needed. There was a fireplace inside and a barbecue in the garden. Each room had a toilet and shower, and they provided everything from shower gel to a hairdryer. Breakfast is an option, and the price difference isn't much. We skipped it to explore the area and try something different, so I can't comment on the breakfast. It's a lovely place for a holiday with a spouse, friends, or children. Thanks.
