Wonder of Nature Sapanca

The view, heated pool, and cleanliness were all excellent. My family and I rented the place for three nights at the end of September, and the holiday was over before we knew it. I definitely recommend it 👍👍

The pool was cleaned and heated really well, and I appreciated the attention to hygiene. The sweet breakfast tray was a lovely touch, thank you 👏. Not having firewood for the fire or barbecue was a downside.

The house itself had a lovely design and view, and breakfast was filling and pretty good. That was about where the positives ended for us. We stayed for two days last week, and the poor cleanliness stood out: cobwebs everywhere and kitchen items so dirty they were unusable, so bring your own. We skipped the pool, and the jacuzzi's hot water kept cutting out. On our first evening, the water stopped completely. There's also an extra charge if you want to light a fire. Getting there was rough too. The road was bad, there was no parking, so we left the car on the roadside and it was covered in dust. Once inside, the refrigerator door came off as we were putting our things away. The person in charge told us to make do with it. We tried to barbecue that evening, but the grill was broken and the utensils were incredibly dirty. It was so hard to get things lit and cook that the whole thing became a nightmare. For all those problems, I expected something nicer. It felt like poor value for money, and we were genuinely sad to see such a beautiful place so neglected. I hope they take these issues seriously. I'm attaching photos.

The garden was a highlight, lots of green space with a lake view and room to barbecue. We also had a staff member available around the clock, and they helped us with everything. We stayed two days and had a wonderful time. The rooms were spotless, and it was clear they really care about hygiene.
