Wooden Palaces

We had a really comfortable stay as a family of four with two kids. The pool was heated, which made things convenient, and the cleanliness was excellent. On past trips, we’ve run out of hot water at night, or stayed somewhere that claimed to be secluded but still felt exposed. We didn’t have either problem here. The view speaks for itself in the photos, and all the staff were attentive and cheerful. We stayed on June 7th, and loved the house’s interior and the view as much as the service and cleanliness. My wife and I have tried several places over the past few years, and Woodenpalaces is the best and most flawless one for us. I wish there were more places like it. This is now the only place I trust and plan to choose. I’m surprised by the negative reviews. As they say, “Those who seek will find” ☺️

The pool and garden were wonderful, and the view was superb. Mr. Murat was quick to help with anything, including adjusting the pool temperature or sorting out the barbecue. Ms. Gül gave us a very friendly, sincere welcome, and Mr. Murat was attentive throughout. We stayed four nights over Eid al-Adha. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom and toilet were even cleaner. Breakfast was okay. If you’re looking to relax and spend time with family, this is a place to consider.

The garden is small, and there’s no gazebo, veranda, or covered space, so using it when it rains is almost impossible. The barbecue area stays dry, but you get soaked while standing there. There’s a heated pool, but nowhere sheltered to change easily or sit with a coffee afterward. I also wouldn’t find it very useful for winter tourism. The property sits at the top of a very steep ramp, which could make access difficult in winter rain, ice, or snow. Inside, there was a strong sewage smell from the drains, so we had to keep the doors and windows open. The furnishings seemed quite worn for a place said to have been built in 2024. The kitchen was described as having “everything,” but it was missing a lot of glasses, plates, serving utensils, pots, and pans. It may work for people after a quiet stay who plan to spend more time indoors, but it doesn’t meet the needs of anyone who wants to use the garden much. For the same budget, there seem to be more spacious options in the area with larger gardens, outdoor jacuzzis, gazebos, and more usable outdoor space.

The pool temperature was just right, the jacuzzi was lovely, and the rooms were warm and clean. The kitchen had what we needed, and the location felt convenient and safe. Four of us, all female friends, stayed here about two weeks ago and had a great holiday. The staff were attentive throughout, so we’d definitely choose it again soon! 🙏🏻
