Elite World Comfy Samsun Atakum

The location is nice and breakfast was good, but after five days of getting the same plate, it got boring. There wasn’t even one item less or more. Dinner was bad and served cold. At checkout, the reception staff were very rude and unpleasant to deal with. They charged me extra because of the euro exchange rate, even though the reservation fee had gone down after I paid. Overall, this hotel isn’t as good as its other branches and isn’t worth the price.

Bravo

We were very happy with our stay and hope to return in summer. Our sea-view room was spacious, clean, quiet, and free of cigarette smell. The sheets, towels, bed, pillows, and duvet were all high quality, and the air conditioning worked quietly and well. The spa was spotless too, and we used the Turkish bath. At the restaurant, I especially recommend the closed pide. Staff throughout, starting at reception, were polite, professional, and clearly well trained. This hotel really earns its four stars. Congratulations, and thank you all 💕

The rooms are tiny, the heating isn't working properly, and breakfast is below par. Also, make sure to tell reception at checkout that the air conditioning was left on, or you might come back to a freezing room. :))
