The beds were pretty comfortable, and the house is in a quiet part of Samsun with a good location. The town itself is nice too. Our apartment cost about €65 for three people. When we asked about bringing two more friends into the six-person flat, they said it was fine, but would cost another €50. The person who showed us the parking spot around the corner wanted €15 for it. The rooms were a bit of a mystery: just one power outlet, and often it wasn't in a useful place. The washing machine was filthy, moldy, and broken. The AC did work, but we left it off because it had mold in it.

The room was clean, but the hotel's location wasn't good and there wasn't a dedicated place to park. For the quality of the room and facilities, the price felt high. We stayed just one night.

The owner was a humble, nice person, and the price was reasonable. The apartment had all the everyday appliances we needed, and Jama mosque is very close by.
