The rooms were comfortable, warm, and clean, and the staff were friendly and trustworthy. With good service and quality, it has everything you'd want from a family hotel. We recommend it. 👍

The management is friendly, the hotel has been renovated, and the service is good. Its central location makes it an easy choice.

It was clean, quiet, and lovely, and they even offered us tea as we were leaving. We were in Samsun for a wedding and stayed one night, four of us split across two rooms. Breakfast wasn't part of the price, which would have been nice, but it's okay, no problem 😅.

We stayed just one night, but the staff still seemed indifferent and unhelpful. The towels were very dirty, the bed linens were awful, and the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned properly. There was no parking or breakfast, either. This is a truly terrible hotel, and I strongly advise against spending your money here.
