Sea House Apart Otel

We spent two nights in room 404, a 1+1 deluxe unit with air conditioning. Ms. Elvan had already told us before booking that it was on the fourth floor and there was no elevator. The room itself was very clean, and I want to thank Ms. Elvan and Mr. Murat for their care and attention. The sign says boutique hotel, rather than apartment building. The road noise was a real problem. Traffic runs on the main road all day and night, and cars and motorcycles on the side streets can keep light sleepers awake. It might work for a daily rental, but a longer stay could become a nightmare. The bathroom was awkward to use: the shower head was broken, part of the cabin was damaged so water flooded the floor, and there wasn't a shelf for shampoo. The kitchen had almost no utensils or equipment, so cooking wasn't really possible. The fridge handle was broken, it was hard to open, and there was no freezer compartment, which surprised us. Three people would have a hard time staying here. My 10-year-old son couldn't get comfortable on the corner sofa. There was no bedside table either, so my wife charged her phone on her slippers. In short, I can't recommend it.

I wouldn't recommend it. The rooms are cramped and don't look like the photos, and both the sofa and bed were uncomfortable. The shower had no glass enclosure, and the water kept switching between hot and cold.

It's easy to get around from here, with the beach just a couple of steps away and the tram two minutes off. The rooms were spotless, roomy, and comfortable, and the service was great. Four people can stay here, so don't hesitate to bring your family. A great place in Samsun.

My friends and I were really pleased with our stay. The rooms were excellent, and the location was just as good: two minutes to the beach and ten to the tram stop. I'd definitely recommend it.
