Sea House Otel

We were so glad we picked this hotel. The view was wow, the service was good, and the room was very clean and smelled nice. It was amazing, and when I’m in Alanya again, I’ll book here.

We loved the amazing view, which you couldn’t find anywhere else in the city. The staff were super nice, and the rooms were modern and absolutely clean. Our booking went wrong because Agoda had a software error and sold rooms for another hotel under the name of Vagabundo. The staff did a lot to help sort it out and still gave us a room, even though the booking process had failed because of Agoda’s error.

Casa Vagabundo was so comfortable and welcoming that it was the first hotel I didn’t want to leave. Mr. Serdar, Ms. Sevgi, and their family were kind, and their warm atmosphere made me feel at home. I stayed four nights and didn’t need transport at all. Cleopatra Beach and the city center were within walking distance, just 3-4 minutes away. Although check-in was at 14:00, they kindly let me into my room at 11:00. It was spotless, smelled fresh, and had a lovely view. Casa Vagabundo will always come to mind first when I hear “Alanya.” Thanks for everything!

The decor was nice, but the service was a joke, and I wouldn’t return even for free. The room looked good, though basic things like an iron were missing. Coffee arrived quickly when we ordered it, but when we tried to order food, suddenly that was “against the rules.” Apparently the rule was on a crumpled A4 sheet tucked in a corner. Who reads that? Then they said, “We allowed your coffee,” as if that deserved thanks, followed by “This isn’t a student dorm!” We’re a doctor and a teacher, but sure. After that they gave us the cold shoulder. This “hidden gem” was so hard to find that even taxi drivers didn’t know where it was. Check-in involved pointless paperwork and a receptionist who clearly hated her job.
