Sempa Pansiyon & Apart Evleri

He was very rude. He said he had a non-smoking apartment and would rent it only to students. After four months, I started renting it to employees. Then he threatened me with a job at a gas station because of his neighbor's foot odor. He doesn't pay taxes because of problems with his documents.

The rooms and service are quite good, though the location isn't so nice these days. It used to be a girls' dormitory.

We stayed for two nights, and left with a really bad impression. The house was so filthy we could barely use it. When we arrived it wasn't ready, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and seemed like the previous guests had only just left. The carpets and sofas were unbelievably dirty, and neither the bathroom nor toilet had been cleaned before we got the place. Their idea of cleaning seemed to be changing the sheets and taking out the rubbish. Even the bathroom and toilet slippers were filthy. We'd only been told to bring our clothes, but there was no toilet paper, hand soap, or dish soap in the kitchen. Some appliances were broken too: a faucet that turned on by itself and an iron that burned our clothes. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it, especially if you're fussy about cleanliness.

The central location made it easy to see the sights, and the clean, roomy space felt like home for our family. We came from Erzurum for a short three-day trip and were very happy with our stay. We'd definitely choose Samsun again. Thank you! 🥰🥰
