Karaca Otel

The staff were the best part of my stay at Karaca Hotel. When I got sick, they called a doctor right away and checked in on me afterward. They were there whenever I needed anything. I'm from Germany, specifically from Şanlı Urfa, and know the local way of doing things. One night we sat at the information desk, and the staff ordered food for me using their own wages, even though they don't earn much. I did the same for them. At checkout, I was charged 2000 lira instead of 2500 because the hotel owner was friends with my nephew who lives there. The room was cleaned daily, with beds made and towels provided. I only have positive things to say about the staff. If others have had a different experience, they can write about what they disliked; I'm curious to hear it. I look forward to staying again.

We stayed as a family on our trip to Şanlıurfa and found the price and service a perfect match. The hotel is central, with covered parking, clean rooms, and staff who were friendly and helpful. When we asked where to eat, they pointed us to Karaca Kebap, the grill restaurant near the hotel entrance. It was fantastic: the kebabs and lahmacun (Turkish pizza) were excellent, and the service was great. I'd definitely recommend it.

I rarely write reviews, but Karaca Hotel in Urfa deserves one. It has covered parking, a central location, spacious clean rooms, friendly staff, and stylish room and corridor designs. Breakfast was adequate. The price is quite reasonable for what you get compared with other hotels nearby. It'll definitely be my first choice from now on. Best regards.
